How to delete your Pagri Dhaga account

1. Send an email to hello@pagridhaga.com with the subject Delete my Pagri Dhaga account.
2. In the email, include the name, email address and phone number you used to sign up.
3. We may contact you on that phone number to confirm the request is really from you.
4. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and account password.
• All listings you submitted, including their text and photos.
• Push notification tokens linked to your phone number.

What may be kept

• Copies in routine server backups and email records, which are removed on their normal schedule, normally within 30 days after deletion.
• Information we are required to keep by law, or need to keep to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account. Email us at the address above and tell us what to remove, for example a specific listing or photo, or the notification token for your phone. We will remove it and leave the rest of your account in place.
